Id love to have seen where they would have taken the plot. I just wish they hadnt canceled the show and made a 3rd season. Overall its a great buy, inexpensive for what you get compared to other shows and will definatly keep you and your family entertained for hours :).

With the help of a mysterious woman named Kahlan and a wise old wizard named Zedd, he must stop a ruthless and bloodthirsty tyrant from unleashing an ancient evil and enslaving the world. I just HIGHLY recommend watching season 1 before this. The adventures of woodsman Richard Cypher, who discovers that he was born to fulfill a prophecy of becoming a guardian hero to oppressed people. Even if you are a gamer and really into like World of Warcraft and its storylines and charactors, you'll love this show.

If your into midevil type 'Lord of the Rings', 'Hercules', 'Zena: Warrior Princess' type shows, you'll love Legend of the Seeker. It left me thinking: 'wow, thats it? Seemed a bit too easy'. I honestly do feel that this 2nd season isnt quite as good as the 1st season and the final show down with the main villian of this season is a let down (compared to how they build it up and up). This show is very well written, family friendly, action packed. Little did I know the show was actually owned/produced by Disney (of all people) and the majority of the crew were people who worked on the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I used to watch this show when it aired on Sundays a few years back on ABC. Great show, a must for any Legend of the Seeker fan.
